Used company for second time despite appalling service before, thought it must get better. No it didn't. Ordering is easy, payment is easy then it all goes downhill. Delivery day was agreed and we waited in. No delivery. Spoke to company. No idea why not delivered & promised it was on list for tomorrow. Waited in but no delivery. More promises but no delivery. Cancelled Family visit as had to stay home. Delivery promised for pm so we popped out but delivery arrived as were out. Luckily the only positive point in this whole fiasco was the delivery driver who was very helpful & dropped load exactly where we wanted it. Company very good at taking order & money & making empty promises but absolutely useless at delivering.
