We ordered some 20mm slate from gravel master last year and it was delivered smoothly and was exactly what we wanted. I ordered some 40mm of the same description which arrived a week ago. Unfortunately, the colour of the slate was not what we expected and too different from the slate bought the previous year. I emailed customer services to raise a complaint and after sending some photos and explaining the situation in detail, I have been very pleased as to how this has been resolved. The colour difference appears to be due to a change of supplier. I realise that some reviews have said how poor the customer service has been but I feel that the situation has been resolved more than satisfactorily.
