I eventually received my dress after having to contact them to ask where it was. They informed me there was a 'colour' issue with the dress I had purchased. They sent me a picture of the advertised colour and the actual colour. It looked identical to me so I said to go ahead and send it. The dress arrived, I tried it on and noticed there was a hole in the seam where the sleeve attached to the body of the dress so I requested a return. They suggested a 20% return and I arrange to get the dress fixed locally. I told them no and I am still fighting to be allowed to return this item for a 100% refund. They have since upped their offer to a 40% refund. The website is a farce and I will never be duped into buying from one of these sites again and I recommend others only buy from brands you are familiar with that actually care about customer service. Ridiculous.
