I recognize that online services are different from physical stores. There are no loudly commenting bullies, no fussing people. So why can’t online services be as tolerant and polite as physical stores? I hired a service and received what they offered. The problem came when I tried to send the papers back in. The service told me that there must be a problem with my computer, so I rebooted it. Four times. I messaged the service to ask if I could fax the papers. No. Just that, nothing else. I give up. Don’t use these people.

Apparently there's another person in the my town with the same name who ordered the item in question. It took three weeks to straighten things out.
