Review about Gravel Master
Placed an order on 16th June, delivery for following week. Date arrived day off work booked and help in place... no delivery. Emailed company no response. Checked reviews realised company was not a reliable one and looked into charge back via bank, after speaking to the bank we gave gravel master the benefit of the doubt and agreed to wait a while longer. An email response from the company vane 3 days later saying the gravel had left depot and to give them 7 working days, my issues here are that they have 0 customer service skills.. no apology or anything. At this point gravel master we’re still offering next day deliver on same Product but we had now been waiting close to 3 weeks! Fast forward to today and we have given them the 7 extra working days.. 1 final Email asking for info and speedy response says they are actually out of stock and we can have a refund in.. you guessed it 7-10 days!!! Incompetent is an understatement. Time will tell if we get our money back but please please stay away from a company that says they can deliver a product they don’t actually have!! Useless cowboys. Oh after a tiny bit of research it appears the positive reviews on them Come from people who just so happen to work for for businesses owned by the gravel master managing director!
