I have just been informed by Ugoagogo that my Apple watch will not reach me in time for Christmas. I have sent multiple emails which in fairness have all been replied to in an honest manner, even if the outcome is disappointing. I have used this company many times over the last few years without an issue. The company has had an issue with a complete bag of stock going awry and this has been confirmed by Royal Mail. I have called the company and after a long chat with the despatch manager, I can see that they are a small company, working flat out to rectify a problem that was unforeseeable. Disappointing but their honesty is much appreciated. I will use this company again.
