Teamrh has totally changed my relationship with food. Whilst I am sometimes terrible at tracking, and logging food on mfp, I do follow the plan when I am not tracking, choosing food I know is nutrient dense, over food that’s not. I am 90% good at hitting my steps too. I’ve lost 31.5lbs and can’t wait to see how many more I lose!
