I was appalled by this service. The product I received was very poor quality & not how it looked online. Therefore I wished to return it and was frustrated by the return service. Firstly, I had to email to confirm I could return and was actively discouraged not to as an 'international return might result in a long waiting time' (Guangzhou in China) and incur substantial cost on my side. I persisted and then have not received reimbursement from the product as they claimed they have not received it. This was months ago. I note that many customers have experienced similar things and wanted to warn customers not to follow the same mistake I have.
