If I could give this company NO STARS... I definitely would. They do not honor policies stated on their website. It sickens me to see that they used “military veterans” as a coverup in order to gain service members and veteran’s business. I placed an order with this Company late March, early April 2020 and have not received anything. I even received a bogus a$$ USPS Tracking number that didn’t match up in the system at all. When I reached out to their support team, Michelle Price lied and tried blaming the delay on COVID-19 slowing down shipping processes. Then when I tried responding back, I received an error message stated that the email address could not be found. This company has ZERO integrity and is clearly set to rip people off. Hopefully others see all of these negative reviews before placing an order. Their website should NOT still be up. They should NOT still be given the ability to rip people off. At the end of the day... they will have to pay what they owe. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY... not for service members, veterans or families at all. #DISGRACE
