I have since attempted to contact their home office for some sort of solution. So far, I have received no reply. Customer service skills definitely lacking throughout this entire situation. After a bit of unpleasantness I finally contacted a lady who assured me that my situation would be attended to. In the end, all I was awarded for my trouble was a partial refund. The service was horrible, work left undone. If you choose to try this company, I would most certainly consider yourself warned. Stay away.

Once they have your money, they could care less about the rest of the process which is most important. After reading this, if you are still considering going here, all I will say is good luck, and I told you so!
