My honest experience? If you pay for expedited shipping, you wont get it. If you even get your order at all. Actually, mine was supposedly shipped today. I ordered it on the 8th of last month, it's the 2nd of June. 2020. Just as described by most of the other people on here, I tried reaching out to their customer service department to no avail. Tried calling and via email. No response. Let me just put it like this. Save your money man. This company is not looking out for American consumers. Try eBay, Amazon, or the knife company directly. I've certainly learned my lesson. .
