They take your money and never send a product.

Do not buy Viper Tec knives. This is a Firm warning to anyone reading this. I Bought a Viper tec Reaper knife, Paid almost a $100.00 for it. Used it 3 times and the Springs and mechanism completely fell apart. They are made in China. I should of did some research before I bought it. Unfortunately it broke a little after the refund policy expired. I pleaded with them to give an exchange but they said no. Please don't buy unless you want a $100.00 paper weight.

My honest experience? If you pay for expedited shipping, you wont get it. If you even get your order at all. Actually, mine was supposedly shipped today. I ordered it on the 8th of last month, it's the 2nd of June. 2020. Just as described by most of the other people on here, I tried reaching out to their customer service department to no avail. Tried calling and via email. No response. Let me just put it like this. Save your money man. This company is not looking out for American consumers. Try eBay, Amazon, or the knife company directly. I've certainly learned my lesson. .

U.S. product Not with China on blade very unhappy here

For anyone finding this post...beware. Viper Tec is a rip off. I purchased their 'limited edition' Darth Ghost, which felt like a solidly built, albeit very heavy, knife. Being impressed with the initial feel, I purchase their 3-pc 'mystery micro otf pack' shortly thereafter. The order took ridiculously long (weeks) to receive once notification of shipping was received, leading one to the suspicion that 'made in USA' isn't very truthful or honest. The 3-pc micro mystery pack that costs $40 looked NOTHING like the photo on their website. The knives were $3 china junk knives you would find at a flea market or a truck stop far off the beaten path. But, being sold as a 'mystery pack' I didn't complain. I was out $40. Live and learn. The next day, my Darth Ghost (a $100+ knife) failed to deploy or retract. I contacted the company, only to receive no response. I even replied again, stating that I would PAY FOR SERVICE, not expecting free warranty work (which they advertise), in the event that they would claim the problem was due to operator error. Still, no reply. Over a month later...still crickets. Save your money and buy quality. Viper Tec is not it.

Ordered two of their more expensive knives-one as a gift for Christmas ‘18 Mine broke-won’t open or stay opened Their support is non existent-no number and the email (like the knife) does not work. Stay clear

I ordered 3 knives on 3-30-17, they took the money out of my account that same day. Two months later still no knives. I filed a fraud claim with my bank, and with the Better Business Bureau

Made order on Sunday can't get response back on fb or in email at all not to mention product should have been here as I paid for two day shipping. Just would at least like some communication!!
