I really expect a company to stand by their promises. Unfortunately, this company failed to stick by their promises. I am also disappointed with how they treated me throughout the entire process. I thought the matter would be resolved once I spoke with a customer service agent. Well, we were unable to reach a resolution. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was under the impression that the agent’s supervisor would be able to help. The supervisor did not help! I cannot speak highly of this company.

I didn’t even get far enough into a transaction here to make a purchase. I was never greeted, I was never asked if I needed any help. After being ignored for approximately ten minutes I just left. There are better places who want my service and my money. I will not beg anyone to take my money.
