Very bad customer service

Just spent 20 minutes on hold just for them to answer but no one would respond when I spoke. This has happened every time I have called. How? It’s like they are trying to get me to hang up. If that is they case, they have succeeded wholeheartedly. I can take a hint. I won’t be calling again.

They ignored me

I didn’t even get far enough into a transaction here to make a purchase. I was never greeted, I was never asked if I needed any help. After being ignored for approximately ten minutes I just left. There are better places who want my service and my money. I will not beg anyone to take my money.
