I could probably write a book on amount of problems we have with Parcel Pending. I do not recommend any building to use this company. Customer Service is bad, scripted response for the same issues that are never resolved. They do not repair lockers in a timely manner. The lockers in my building go down WEEKLY! One of the biggest mistakes installing parcel pending lockers.
