Decided to use the company's rental service in order to arrange a wonderful weekend with my family. I cannot say it went out without a hussle but I managed to cope with the company and actively arrange it. TO my surpprise , after checking my bank account I noticed that more funds had been deducted , rather than the final price thatq was set by Outdoorsy. Surely , after contacting their support and hearing the same thing over and over again, without any reasoning, I must admit I've had enough. They are welcome to keep my money, I will not be using them again

Apparently incompetence is the name of the game here. These people promised great service, but it was anything but. They couldn't find the paperwork, and acted as if I wasn't worth the time of day to find it. I will find another service that values their customers, and their time.
