After a slight mix-up, this company shined. They treated me with respect and seemed to actually appreciate my business. An all-around fabulous experience!

More expensive than promised
I guess good customer service is too much to ask nowadays. When I pointed out the rate was much more expensive than was promised, they still tried to push it on me, and not in the friendliest manner either. I will not ever be giving them my business again.

Incompetent!
Apparently incompetence is the name of the game here. These people promised great service, but it was anything but. They couldn't find the paperwork, and acted as if I wasn't worth the time of day to find it. I will find another service that values their customers, and their time.
