I decided after a long to get my fitness tracker out but I must have deleted the app on my phone and couldn't remember the name of it. After searching lots of step tracking apps I couldn't find it, so decided to e-mail ugoagogo on the off chance they could help. With in an hour I had a reply and they sent me a link for the app and was up and running and all connected. Excellent service couldn't have asked for anything better
