Ordered an item - didn’t arrive on time - emailed them as no other contact details available. Got an automated email saying we will respond within 3 working days! It’s 2019!! Told me I had to provide more information which I had already provided. Another 24hrs to wait for a response to be told that it had been despatched and has got lost in the post and would I like them to go through a claims process with the courier. My reply was yes!! Another 24hrs for an acknowledgement! To which was we have made a start on the process. The next day the item arrives - yippee!! I checked the tracking number with Royal Mail and it was only posted the day before. They were used through Wowcher so please check the supplier if you are using them! AVOID UGOAGOGO!!! By the looks of it there will be a positive 5 star review after this one!!
