First and foremost, the customer service is horrific, to say the least. After I made a complaint about service received, it seemed as if I was purposefully being routed from department to department, treated as a 'trouble maker'. The issue at hand was not me, but the shoddy workmanship I received at my flat. If you must use them, then do so at your own risk. I, for one, will never associate myself with this business again.

I used this service once, and afterwards a flood of emails came in month after month hinting that I was risking trouble in this area if I didn't come back. I don't enjoy being bullied when I know damn well everything is fine, so when something does come up, I'm taking my business elsewhere.
