We needed to get our motorhome taken from Elmswell to Last's Transmissions near Woodbridge for a clutch repair. Danny from LJ Transportation was very polite and professional and soon had our van on the back of his truck. We'd give him 5 stars. We've knocked a point off for communication with head office which could have been better. For instance, when we made the payment to have our van transported it would have been nice to have received a confirmation email, just for peace of mind. All we got was a little written message on the phone (which, luckily I took a screen shot of). Otherwise there was no way of knowing if payment had gone through. Hopefully this is something the company can look to improve. Other than that, an excellent service. (And this is the second time we've been rescued by them!)
