Brakes stuck on at Stansted Long Stay. First technician arrived within the hour, had to call for a bigger truck that took another 2 hours plus to arrive, although we were able to wait in the lovely technicians nice warm truck. When bigger truck arrived we were soon loaded onto the back and on our way home. Regret I didn't get technicians name. He was very friendly, polite , chatty, kind and took the trauma out of the situation making us feel very safe. Thank you.

RV17BFX. On roundabout for junction 12 and M25 this vehicle nearly wiped my car, out zooming around the outside of traffic then pulled in directly in front of me. I was very shaken having been put in danger by this idiot.

We needed to get our motorhome taken from Elmswell to Last's Transmissions near Woodbridge for a clutch repair. Danny from LJ Transportation was very polite and professional and soon had our van on the back of his truck. We'd give him 5 stars. We've knocked a point off for communication with head office which could have been better. For instance, when we made the payment to have our van transported it would have been nice to have received a confirmation email, just for peace of mind. All we got was a little written message on the phone (which, luckily I took a screen shot of). Otherwise there was no way of knowing if payment had gone through. Hopefully this is something the company can look to improve. Other than that, an excellent service. (And this is the second time we've been rescued by them!)

The young gentleman that helped me from Ipswich to home was very good. His name is Luke and I would recommend him. He made me feel comfortable and safe. Thank you Luke.

Was huffing, literally had to catch her breadth as she tried to pull her weight over two very helpful gentleman I had been speaking to moments before she stomped her way to the door and showed her ignorance! A perfect example of how NOT be bitter and still be at work!

Recovery contact from Green flag originally. Then LJ took over the recovery. What an excellent company to deal with, I was kept in the loop at every stage with phone calls and texts. When the driver ( Robert Hall) arrived he could not have been more helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone

This is a joke of a company. They are rude don't check there emails and can take upto 1 hour to answer a phone call!! All I needed was a set of door keys out of the car. Sent them logbook and insurance and still no joy 5 days this has been!!!

Very pleased with the prompt service, for a suspected flat battery. But your technician James Smith soon found the fault was a stuck starter solenoid which he freed off and the car started. He was very helpful and courteous.

Car wouldn't start. Flat as a pancake. Phoned greenflag. Told me lj transport would be dealing between 1300 and 1500. Actually arrived midday, good communication from the company. Wayne southby the technician got straight to the problem, an old tired battery, replaced it there and then. Good service from start to finish. Very happy with everyone especially Wayne, very polite and professional.

I had a flat tire one morning call my breakdown provider to get towed to the garage, they sent the truck to collect me and the driver (Freddie) wanted to pp the tire up before moving it and once he did the air just came out .Freddie took a look at the valve and saw what the issue was he explained to me what it was and was able to repair the tire valve there on the spot to allow me to get it to the garage on my own. I only wish the we're more people like Freddie. Thanks to him I was able to get the wheel sorted.

Technician Wayne Baker arrived when he said he would, was in contact with me whilst I was stranded out in the middle of nowhere at 1.30m on my own last night. He was very reassuring, calm and took charge of the situation. Assessed the situation quickly, drove me home, and unloaded my vehicle as quickly & quietly as possible. Excellent service. Thankyou

Wonderful friendly recovery technician went out of his way to make sure I was aware and actually drove me to the tyre centre and then drove me back to my cottage and made sure I was safe.Such a lovely man Freddie Keenan you are a star thank you so much.
