Company appears to be a shell for collecting payment data. Placed an order (summing merchant to be in the vein of Temu or Shein with whom I’ve had positive experiences). Screenshot order/payment confirmation page with order number for reference in case I didn’t receive confirmation by email. Triple-checked entry before submitting. Email address was entered correctly, but confirmation was never sent (performed an email search days after placing order using company name, then order number from order confirmation screenshot. Nothing. Not in inbox. Not in Junk. Not in deleted folder). Visited Boho Pink site to contact Customer Support. No such information. No email. No phone number. An empty help articles resource page with no articles. No way of tracing it confirming my order. Checked bank statement/transaction activity. No such transaction occurrence from this company that now has my card #and payment information. If you’ve been seeing videos/ads for this company make its rounds and placed an order, keep an eye on your account for unusual activity or small, repeated, unrecognized transactions and dispute them immediately.
