Disgusting customer service.....repeatedly emailed looking for our order and no truthful response. I understand times are difficult but at least communicate honestly with your paying customers. You were quick enough to take our money but now 4 weeks on all we have heard is lies and false delivery dates. Absolute disgrace. We have ordered from one of your main competitors and they delivered within 2 days. A much better product at a better price I might add. I am hoping we will get a full refund but I won’t hold my breath as the incompetence of this company is off the scale. Would NOT RECOMMEND, to even my worst enemy!!!
