Ordered turf and top soil weeks ago. Top soil was delivered last week, but turf has not arrived. Worried that they've sold me something that they do not have as turf is no longer available on their website. Have emailed and receive a generic response saying that I will be given 24 hours notice before goods arrive. No answer on phone lines. Absolutely gutted as I need the turf now before I can do any of the other garden stuff. Just want my money back and to go elsewhere.
