Terrible communication, took nearly 2 hours to deliver our car to us on arrival at T4, twice they said they were going to pick us up and take us to the car, then they said they were going to deliver the car to us at T4. We were twice cut off when speaking to them and once the phone was not answered until we used a different phone. When the car arrived (6 phone calls later) the wing mirror was badly damaged with the cover torn off. To add insult to injury we have just received a fine for not paying a drop off charge at T4 timed before we got the car back. The owner of the company is unhelpful in the extreme. DO NOT book parking with this company, you will regret it.
