Parcel Pending Delivery Lockers mirror Amazon Delivery Lockers with the exception of a 1 time Sign Up Administration Fee($25), Payment Card is required in order to complete the registration process, & fee's are accessed if package(s) are not picked up within the allotted time frame. Parcel Pending is to send delivery notifications via text or email with a code to open the locker. Unfortunately this rarely happens & there's no way to get a package out of the locker without a code. Better to use Amazon Lockers if you want parcel deliveries in a timely manner. Would not recommend this subpar service- it's not worth the money or time spent trying to retrieve items you've paid for. *Pic is of a Amazon delivery from Wednesday, driver took pic of the items inside of the locker. Today is Saturday & i have not received any delivery notifications from Parcel Pending. Building management claims they can not access lockers. Parcel Pending is closed until Monday.
