I have been doing TeamRH for nearly a month now and can honestly say they have changed my life forever. It’s a slow process and tbh I more check my measurements then worry about the scales 🤩. I have a mental illness and I have never felt as good. Yes you have put some work in, but I love there honesty and that is what keeps me going. I really hope one day they can work with the nhs cause this is no fad diet it’s life changing. Keeping doing what you are doing cause I’ve never been happier 😁 Thank you 😘
