Update: Interestingly they can read my review and dispute it but cannot reply to emails or answer their phones. After putting my review on I finally received an email to say it is out for delivery today. They deliver until 6pm so if they do arrive I will come back and update again. Everything in the review was factual and correct, I am very disappointed with their lack of customer care. We ordered on the 19th for a product that showed as in stock. We were given several choices for a delivery date and chose the 25th June. I rang several times prior to this date to ask if the delivery would be am or pm. I got no reply on any day I rang. I emailed and got an automated response but no reply from any other email I have sent. My problem with this is that during the 5 days between my ordering and delivery they could have made contact with me and explained they were having problems and offered me an alternative (more honest) date or my money back. Essentially they have fraudulently taken my money for a product cannot supply. I am very unimpressed with the lack of communication and customer service. As a foot note we left the phone connected for 1 hour and 45 mins last night with no response!
