Review about Team RH fitness
Having followed another plan three times over, lost weight and gained it all back plus more, every time, never really learning or understanding anything about nutrition, Team RH has been a game changer for me. While I choose foods more consciously, I still have something sweet / chocolatey everyday (just less of it!), and I even have the occasional maccy day brekkie or takeaway. And I’m still losing. Yes, weighing everything you eat can be a bit of a fart on, but it becomes second nature and a part of everyday living. And if it’s a choice between doing that or weight induced health conditions, it’s a no-brainer! Combining the eating element of the plan with the weight training element has meant I’m stronger and fitter than I’ve been in years - physically and mentally. Winning! Should you join? If you’re not a snowflake that needs to be spoon fed everything to the nth degree, and are willing to hold yourself accountable, putting in the time, effort and graft it takes, abso-fu**ing-lutely. If you’re not, jog on.
