Paid for international delivery which should have taken a week. Instead the delivery took over two weeks and arrived in such poor condition. Contacted customer services to find out why it had taken so long to arrive and they gave me all sorts of excuses. I asked for compensation and they told me very rudely to go away and not shop from them again. Don't worry I won't.

I guess good customer service is too much to ask nowadays. When I pointed out the rate was much more expensive than was promised, they still tried to push it on me, and not in the friendliest manner either. I will not ever be giving them my business again.
