I wasn’t thrilled about being asked to hold on the phone for twenty minutes. I value my time and I expected this company to do the same. I called the customer care department because I was not satisfied with the service. I was under the impression that this company would be professional and precise. I did not expect the customer care department to be slow or lethargic. It seems like they feel they are doing me a favor. To be honest, I don’t think I am going to do business with this company again.

I am going to report your company for giving out false services to the public. This is wrong and you the company needs to stop it or people won’t want to buy from you anymore. So you need to get a better understanding how a business works and how it is supposed to operate.
