I have been on the Team RH programme for only 4 weeks, joining having seen a friend completely smash her weight loss and fitness goals with them. I am blown away with the no nonsence support, fully accessible training videos and nutrition advice. It is like having a personal trainer and dietician on call 24/7. Granted it is not for the faint hearted - if you are a sensitive flower (or excuser maker) then it isn't for you. I can certainly advise they are not scammers - £40 for a years membership - that's 8wks at Slimming World for a once a week weigh in... who is the scammer...?
