I ordered a mug. The money was taken from my account immediately. I kept checking the site to see when it was going to be shipped. It stayed on processing and unfulfilled for six weeks or more. I wrote, I wrote again, and then again. Until I I asked for the money to be read deposited into my account and to cancel the order, nothing changed. Miraculously, after I asked for my money back the status changed. I will give a 2 star rating because I did get the cup finally and my daughter-in-law loved it. If I would have gotten a response of any kind when I wrote to them, I would not have had the misgivings nor the doubt that the lack of communication caused.
