I ordered a mug from this company on 15 December 2017. I was charged for it, but never received it. It still says “awaiting fulfillment” on my account. I cannot get anyone to respond to me via email or my messages on my account and now they have blocked me on Instagram and Facebook. I will never buy from this website again.

I ordered a mug 11/18/17 and today is 02/17/18 and I still don't have it. They charged me though. No one will respond when I email.

I ordered a mug just shy of a month ago, website says waiting for fulfillment. Have tried 5 times to contact the company by email and Facebook and still have yet to have anyone respond. Worst part is that the money has already been taken as I continue to wait for some sort of response from this company!

Bad experience with ftgs I ordered a mug from them months ago and it has never come in! Very disappointed especially since they still took my money. I tried contacting ftgs about a month ago about it and still have had no response! -unsatisfied customer

I placed 2 orders 3 days apart. The total of the 2 orders was $130. I think her website is awesome but the owner of the website has some serious issues. The website i ordered from was shopftgs.com she also runs an etsy store by the same name. She seems to be able to keep up a little better on her etsy store probably due to the fact that if she doesnt she will have to deal with getting kicked off etsy. Her own website on the other hand is not monitored and that is why she is getting away with stealing money on that website. I luckily paid through paypal so i was able to get my money back for the 2 shirts she never sent. I waited a month for my order then sent 2 messages in which I got no response to. I then asked for my money back and no response again. My order changed from awaiting fulfillment to awaiting shipment. By that time I had read all the bad reviews and didnt want the stuff anymore because I am tired of bad business. There is a phone number through paypal so I tried calling and guess what? Yep no answer at that phone number. There is a website called findthebusiness.com that also lists the same phone number as paypal does 586 214-0807. It also lists her address as wet ink-ftgs 5568 58th st S Fargo North Dakota 58104. I opened 2 cases on paypal for the 2 orders. I got my money back for one of the orders and she took it upon herself to ship the other order after I asked for my money back. So if its worth the headache and 6 week wait time to get her cool stuff then go ahead and place an order right away but make sure you pay through paypal so you can get your money back when she doesnt feel like filling any orders that day. It also states that she has an annual income of $109,420 and 2 employees. I wonder how much of that is money from orders she never bothered sending. All I am saying is if you have no problem taking money from customers then you should ship them the product they ordered or shut the business down.

I ordered a mug. The money was taken from my account immediately. I kept checking the site to see when it was going to be shipped. It stayed on processing and unfulfilled for six weeks or more. I wrote, I wrote again, and then again. Until I I asked for the money to be read deposited into my account and to cancel the order, nothing changed. Miraculously, after I asked for my money back the status changed. I will give a 2 star rating because I did get the cup finally and my daughter-in-law loved it. If I would have gotten a response of any kind when I wrote to them, I would not have had the misgivings nor the doubt that the lack of communication caused.

Someone had told me about this site due to my love of everything swear words. I ordered, even though a friend said this 'trustmeter' site showed some bad reviews; funny I had NO problems. And 3 of these bad reviews are from ONE person called 'Pam' lol! This 'trustmeter' also is not verified buyers which is hilarious & not credible. Anyone can come on and post about any website they want. You want real reviews, how about going to Etsy where they have TRUSTED buyers who review products we ACTUALLY bought from them? I sure hope the owners are aware of this site and how horrible they're being portrayed. I got my koozies (6 OF THEM) and tank top in about 2 & 1/2 weeks after I ordered with NO issues.

May I also mention my friend ONLY shops on Etsy and bought from them on Etsy. Their reviews there are 5 stars out of 5. Just saying; easy to review bad behind a website like this but Etsy reviews are all from verified purchases from Etsy.

Bought mermaid koozies and a few other ones from here. My friend recommended them and they're just as picutred. Supporting a small business because I also own my own shop and I know how hard it can be.

Bought 5 mugs for my new apartment. Been using them for mixed drinks because the sayings are just too funny for only coffee. Followed this site for like 3 years and know from experience they're legit. They're also from the United States; not the UK like this crappy site shows.

I got my koozies in the mail this week in time for my BBQ party this weekend. It took about 3 weeks but I love them and they sent a free pin for me with my order! Can't wait to make ppl laugh with these:)

Got a mug for my wife and one for my office. Quite the talk of both our works. I ordered on Etsy and got it in about 2 weeks. Will be shopping for more gag gifts and presents again.

An order was placed over 6 weeks ago and still shows as "awaiting fulfillment." Have sent 4 (FOUR) messages inquiring about it and no response. Had no issue taking money same day order was placed but hasn't fulfilled and unresponsive. Would not recommend. Seems to be a very common theme among those who have tried to make a purchase unfortunately. Have seen the same types of complaints on her FTGS FB page as well!

I came across this company on Facebook cuz friends kept sharing funny mugs. I bought one and my friend ordered one too. Both got our mugs in about 2 weeks. They are just like the pictures and had a cool card inside with a naughty word on it. Will be ordering again for Christmas gifts!

I ordered $98 worth of product on april 20th. They took my money on April 20th. On May 12th I received an email stating shipment fulfilled, awaiting shipment. I still have not received My products. I have emailed them 3 times, sent messages via my order, and also an email through PayPal. Still nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Placed an order with this company on March 17, 17 and still have not received my order. I have e-mailed the company with no response. Went to their fb page and politely inquired about my order in the comments section of her post AND I was not the only one inquiring about getting ordered product. I was then blocked from making comments. This company is a scam! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS CROOK! I have contacted pay pal in a final attempt to get my money back.

Ordered online on April 30th. As of today may 19th no ship date for my order. They took money out of my account day i placed the order. My initial email was responded to with a canned email response but none of my other emails have been answered .

They will cancel your order with no notice to you or reason for it.

Only posted here to even out the ratings. Truth is this company only has negative ratings. Go look all over the web. This is the only place you will find ANY ratings cause that's they way they have set themselves up.

After waiting over 2 weeks I emailed company requesting an update. After 2 more days I finally got one. Full of way too much personal information for a business to respond with. They did let me know my order was ready for shipping and would be shipped this weekend. I let them know that the personal info wasn't necessary and thanked them for the update on my order. I just checked my email again and they have canceled my order (without me asking them to nor did they state a reason) and blocked me from their facebook page. Which I should note does not allow consumers to contact them via messenger or my phone nor does it allow consumers to post reviews and make any comments to its community page. SKETCHY doesn't really do a company lie this justice. Side note: Carmens post is total BS to get the reviews evened out.

I ordered 3 shirts from them and they only sent me 2 shirts with a paper stating my third shirt would be shipped at a different date but didn't give me an alternative tracking number the only tracking number i recieved was for my full order. They never sent it and they ignore messages. They keep your money and the product you ordered. Don't waste your money! Very unsatisfied customer! I will never buy from them again and i will spread the word to EVERYONE
