I never received a telephone call when the products arrived and did not hear anything from the delivery team from within the agreed hour timeslot. The driver calmed that he called but I had not missed any calls or voicemails from him. The team had the nerve to leave and the company claimed that this was all my fault because I was not available. I explained that I had my mobile with me all the time and that I was in the house all day ready for my delivery. I was advised that the products could be redelivered within eight hours. They did not even offer any compensation.

I waited thirty in the minutes on the line for an answer. Instead of helping me with my problem, she just said "You aren't doing it right," and hung up. Lousiest experience I have ever had in dealing with a business.
