How do you have a manager who doesn’t know how to solve a problem? Manager was unable to help me resolve my issue and I'm not sure I believe he was really the manager. The employee and the manager were acting really weird. I'm going to take my business elsewhere if this is how people are treated.

I have been conducting business with another company who offers the same service and thought I would call to see if maybe they have better prices here but after being on hold for 40 minutes and then transferred to a voicemail, I will continue on with the company I already have. First impressions matter!
