Email sent to Gravel Master following eventual delivery of the bark I had ordered. _________ You committed to delivering my two pallets of bark on 12th June. On 11th June you emailed to say it was at depot and would be with me in 24 hours. On 12th June I emailed after 4pm to ask where the delivery was to be told it was not going to be delivered for a further 48 hrs. On Sat 13th June you emailed me twice after 2pm to say it would be delivered that day. Nothing received by close. On Monday 15th June your delivery arrived at 11am. 1 full pallet and 1 incomplete pallet. Noted to driver and took photos. Called cust services, waited for 6mins being told every 5 secs how important my call was. Hung up, now sat on hold to sales line, hoping it would be covered more promptly. Still being told how important my call is. If you aren’t going to cover your phone lines, update your messages or close them. It makes you appear utterly hopeless. What are you going to do to fix my short delivery? I will take either a new delivery of 1/2 a bag or a refund of 1/2 a bag. Up to you. ________ I eventually gave up waiting on hold. It was clear to me no one was going to answer the phone. Since sending this email I have received 5 automated emails confirming my delivery was successful. Nothing received in response to the mail above. Photo showing the two bags I received is below. Same price paid for both. Clear that one bag is considerably less full than the other. Awful company, avoid.
