So I ordered a couch and a TV mount on 25 April somehow there was a miscommunication I thought I purchased the whole full set sectional couch and in reality it was just the left peace when I called customer service and I was like hey what's going on you know this is incorrect no ma'am you need to read the fine print your Order was correct. Finally I got tired of arguing with them and I just asked for a refund I want to do business with them at all so today we are on May 6, 2017 I still have not yet received my refund for my order when I got the first one back days ago. now I called them and they tell me that my order has not even been refunded yet! That's one of the many stories I just keep calling back multiple times and get multiple different stories nobody knows what's correct it's always the runaround and it just unacceptable it's ridiculous that they would they put you through all this when i just went online and I thought I was buying what I thought I was buying with the pictures I seen!!! NEVER again will I shop at sears!!!!
