Bought a lawn tractor that is advertised as powerful it's not in fact it has no power it's advertised as fuel efficient it's not it uses twice as much gas as my old sears tractor and the gas pedal is so hard and awkward to press down that it is causing sciatica in my leg sears is falsely advertising this product and they should be ashamed and when I called them all I got was lies and the run around I will never do business with this company again and if you have any common sense you should beware of sears

Kitchen installation was a ripoff. We had to purchase many things of our own to finish the project. Project coordinator called one time only following the completion and lied telling my husband he spoke to us 4-5 times. Salesman never returned our calls regarding our questions. Coordination of this project, with outside contractors was non existent. Wrong color of products was delivered so we had to wait another week to get the right color. No one ordered the window ledge so we had to wait for that. Contractors themselves told us they would not recommend Sears. Contractors were great, diligent in their work, very kind and compliant with the exception of the plumber who was annoyed that he had to reinstall a brand new faucet that was broken on arrival. We paid for an installation that looks incomplete. Project manager should be fired, there was absolutely no management of this project whatsoever. Sears salesman lied from the beginning regarding the time frame to install and never once returned a call. Do not use Sears for any projects, we would never recommend them to anyone, their sub contractors don't even recommend them. K

So I ordered a couch and a TV mount on 25 April somehow there was a miscommunication I thought I purchased the whole full set sectional couch and in reality it was just the left peace when I called customer service and I was like hey what's going on you know this is incorrect no ma'am you need to read the fine print your Order was correct. Finally I got tired of arguing with them and I just asked for a refund I want to do business with them at all so today we are on May 6, 2017 I still have not yet received my refund for my order when I got the first one back days ago. now I called them and they tell me that my order has not even been refunded yet! That's one of the many stories I just keep calling back multiple times and get multiple different stories nobody knows what's correct it's always the runaround and it just unacceptable it's ridiculous that they would they put you through all this when i just went online and I thought I was buying what I thought I was buying with the pictures I seen!!! NEVER again will I shop at sears!!!!

I chose not to give them any stars because my aunt ord red some vaccum bag over the phone and the sears and they were the ones who gave her the bag number with out telling her where to look for the vaccum bag number and she paid over the phone and come to find out they were the wrong bags and she bought them over a month ago and I just called them trying to exchange them and they were very rude couldn't help me at all and they are letting her take the loss for the bags because it's been little over 30 days I'm not asking for them to return her money but I'm asking for an exchange and I've been on the phone with them three times I've been hung up on twice and the last person I felt with my uldbt let me speak to a supervisor he kept me on hold fo over 45 mins to speak to his supervisor this is absolute BS who are these people and instead of transferring me to his supervisor he transferred me to the Spanish speaking department I don't know what they think we are stupid or something but I gotta say I feel like they are taking advantage of people

Absolutely atrocious! Customer service suck. Delivery and installation sloppy and no paperwork provided upon delivery. I was not provided all of the pieces for my appliance. Ended up going to go get what I needed from Home Depot! Because sears wasn't going to or even offer to bring me the parts or compensate me for their mistake. Then customer service stated that I was not being reasonable because I didn't want to wait another week for them to fix the problem. I will never do business with this company ever again. This is exactly why they are going out of business. I would not even buy a twist tie from them. Worst experience ever. not even work one star. Wish I could have given them negative stars.
