A few friends and I all needed a service done, so we each hired this company. Each one of us had vastly different experiences, and to me that makes this company untrustworthy and unreliable. Why hire a company that can’t treat every job and customer with the same gusto as others?

I ordered five items, and only needed three. I returned the unwanted items within three days of receiving them. I didn't receive credit for those returns on my next bill, so I called to inquire about them. I kept getting told that they were being processed. It took seven emails, five phone calls and two requests to speak to a customer service supervisor before things were finally straightened out. It shouldn't have been this difficult!
