It took them five weeks to process my return!
I ordered five items, and only needed three. I returned the unwanted items within three days of receiving them. I didn't receive credit for those returns on my next bill, so I called to inquire about them. I kept getting told that they were being processed. It took seven emails, five phone calls and two requests to speak to a customer service supervisor before things were finally straightened out. It shouldn't have been this difficult!

Great!
Absolutely Great! Just great! They helped me out when I was stranded with a wrong order. I did not expect them to go an extra mile to ensure my satisfaction but that is exactly what they did.

Prices keep growing
Their prices keep increasing! Items I ordered two years ago have gone up in price ten per cent or more since then. Their "sales" aren't that great either, especially when you add in shipping and handling and taxes.
