My first impression was being very impressed with the set up at my apartment. I liked the idea of my package being safe for me to pick up at any time. My impressiveness ended there. I chose to opt out of the service. At the time I worked nights so I would be home for my package when delivered. I bought something from Best Buy and it was supposed to take 3 days at the most. I thought it was going to be delivered to my door. I then find out my apartment deals exclusively with Parcel Pending. Because of Parcel pending it took almost a week. Mainly because they lost my package. I had to deal with my apartment managers in order to get the code. When I got the code the locker was empty. They had to then get authorization to open up all the lockers to find my package, in which they did. I then was going to register before I saw a notice on the room that told the delivery guy to no put the packages that didn't fit next to the lockers. They wouldn't deliver the package to the door. Instead just leave them sitting there in the unlocked 24/7 room for anybody to take. I have no choice but to use the service at my complex. When I went to register they had an initial charge along with wanting my credit card information. Basically, because of their service I chose to have my packages delivered to the store in which I buy them from. Not only do I not have the convenience of having my packages delivered to me, but I had to wait 10 days for my item instead of 2 days.
