In short they are refusing to accept refunds (same email as below reviews) and won't give me the return address. I told them a friend is going to China next week and can send it locally so it will arrive within their 15 day restriction which is a ridiculous timeframe. I wrote back another email that they are deliberately sabotaging my returns so I won't reach the 15 day deadline by not giving me the return address and still no response. I wish I never bought from this website. I will try contacting PayPal and my credit card company to see if there is anything they can do and claim this as a fraud transaction.
