We’ve all been disappointed or downright angered by something we received when we ordered online. My favourite item had been discontinued by the online service I used, so I researched another. Found one and ordered it. When it arrived, it was smaller than it showed online, and didn’t do the job the other one had done. I emailed for a replacement. It did no better. I’m so sorry to have to stop using this service. L. F.

I keep getting the runaround when I check to see if certain items are in stock. I never used to have this issue with this company before. It's getting very frustrating!
