We’ve all been disappointed or downright angered by something we received when we ordered online. My favourite item had been discontinued by the online service I used, so I researched another. Found one and ordered it. When it arrived, it was smaller than it showed online, and didn’t do the job the other one had done. I emailed for a replacement. It did no better.
