Marcelle, Yes we can agree to the dart charge, as per previous emails although had you had passed this info on to us asap then we would have paid the £3.00 dart fee, as explained online if it is a first time offence you have 14 days to pay the fee, but instead you decided that you would ignore the fact and just pass on a hefty fee instead. The evidence you have provided for the RTO makes no sense what so ever as there is no day, time or place just an invoice by a company in Edinburgh. As discussed before, you can balance the invoices off against the additional costs we incurred due to your appalling customer service, ie the additional insurance we had to take out at the last minute due to Nationwide Hire delivering the vehicle a day late, a sending a different size vehicle to what we were told we were hiring and collecting the vehicle two days earlier. We had to pay £192 for insurance, £51.00 for the change of vehicle for the ferry, Train fare to Manchester for my husband as he had to be in Manchester for an appointment , which he would have been if the vehicle was delivered on the correct day, and the refund you gave us for two days hire when it should have been three days refunded. Maybe your company needs to take a serious look at how you operate as your customer service skills are disgusting, from start to finish. Also taking money from our bank account without prior notice or authorization months after the hire is just not on, to me that is just plain theft, but then reading reviews on your site this seems to be common practice with your company.
