I suspect “customer service” at the online service I use is a robot. It doesn’t really say “does not compute”, but it might as well. Had a problem with the service last week and emailed them about it. The answer I got back wasn’t in any language I recognized let alone speak. I called the main office of the service. They didn’t know what was going on either, but they didn’t offer to fix the problem. Not using these nitwits again.

I'm never ordering from this company again! They always screw up my order. They either forget a few items or send me the wrong items.
