It’s not really nice for your customer service reps to ignore your customers. You’re a place that provides a service and depends on your clients to pay your salaries. You should really have people working there that understand this concept and do what they can to be helpful rather than purposely ignoring your clients. This is terrible business.
Review about B2C Jewels
Just spent 20 minutes on hold just for them to answer but no one would respond when I spoke. This has happened every time I have called. How? It’s like they are trying to get me to hang up. If that is they case, they have succeeded wholeheartedly. I can take a hint. I won’t be calling again.
