I wish I had never come across Tram RH. You are conned into a 12 month contract that I wasn't allowed to cancel within the 14 days so had to pay for a service that was no good to me for 12 months. Once the 12 months was up I cancelled my DD & then started getting threatened with legal action for non payment of the fees! They are rude to you when you ask a question & offer no help even though it is advertised as a personalised plan & if you dare to ask a question on the FB page you are just fat shamed & humiliated. This company needs shutting down.
